WATER JET CUTTING TECHNOLOGIES — Water jet cutting technology is a method that can cut a thickness OF 0.1 mm up to 200mm all the materials on earth. — Water jet is a cutting process which the cutter is commonly connected to a high-pressure water pump where the water or water-abrasive mixture is ejected sensitively from the nozzle, cutting through the material by spraying it with the jet of high-speed (800 m/s) water. — The ability to cut material with minimizing the effects of heat as there is no “heat-affected zone”, allows metals to be cut without harming or changing intrinsic properties. — Hard metals such as titanium, tungsten alloys, stainless steels and carbon steels — Soft metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, zinc and lead. — Materials for construction and decoration industry such as granite, marble, ceramic, glass, laminated glass and wood. — Carbon, kevlar, composites, paper, cardboard, leather, textile products, gasket materials, plexiglas, polyester, polyethylene sheets, fiber, plastic and rubber derivatives can be cut with water jet. — Pair of materials which has different burning or melting temperatures cannot be cut by laser like sandwich materials, but it can be cut with water jet.

ECO-S-Line-Series

ECO S-Line Series

The machine can be equipped with “IPG” 1000W or 2000W resonators
By this type of laser the is no mirrors and no optical elements in the way of the laser beam. By fiber-optic cable it is transported without losses to the work area and also the power losses are ZERO.

The machine uses “NUKON-GERMANY BIMO FSC” , which is easy for operation and
maintenance.

The machine has very low power consumption. Total consumption is 7kW
Loading and unloading of machined parts is carried out by a pallet changer table with hydraulic height adaption during the cutting process – retrofitting with additional automation functions is possible.

System to illuminate the work area is part of the standard equipment
The working area is provided with a full enclosure and the cutting process can be observed via a special-glass window.

REX PP 315 Series

Pipe cutting:

Auto detection:

The angle of the sheet and its corner are found automatically by using 3-point detection method on the sheet.

Blow piercing:

Produces smaller piercing holes faster in mild steel up to t16mm in thickness by controlling the oxidation reaction and optimizing beam quality.

Partitioned dust collection system:

An automatic flap opens and closes according to the movement of the processing head, offering on-the-spot dust collection during processing.

Crust Reduction control:

CR Control reduces dross adhesion at corners, realizing high-speed processing while maintaining high quality.

Beat piercing:

High -peak power control realizes the same level of quality as the previous slope piercing while reducing the piercing time of mild steel up to 12mm by a maximum of 50% compared to the previous model.
